Transfer status | UI

Challenge: Web and mobile web users needed a way to track the status of their transfer without calling into customer service or downloading the app. In addition to improving user experience, the goal of this design was to reduce the amount of contacts to our customer service team.

Involvement: This feature had been implemented on the app, and my role was build the web journeys and design the visual elements.
